Equipped with 36V 10.4A batteries, our scooters can provide up to 19-21 miles of range on a single charge, making them suitable for school, work, and short journeys. The smart app control feature allows you to easily connect your scooter via Bluetooth, enabling functions such as locking/unlocking, mode selection, speed customization, and cruise control.

For your safety, our electric scooters are UL2272 certified and feature a dual braking system, including an electronic brake and a disc brake, for quick and emergency shutdowns. Additionally, the scooters are equipped with headlights and taillights to enhance visibility during night-time rides.

Designed with convenience in mind, our scooters feature 8.5-inch honeycomb shock-absorbing solid tires that are puncture-resistant and require no inflation or maintenance. When you purchase from PLAYBIK, you can do so with confidence. In the event of any logistics-related damage, we offer free returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. We also provide 12 months of after-sales technical guidance and 180 days or 12 months of free parts replacement, depending on the component.

While our scooters can withstand some water splash, they are not suitable for complete immersion or exposure to extreme moisture. Riding in the rain is not recommended, and it is important to regularly check for any gaps in the bottom plate to prevent water from entering.
