Cover the inside of the tire with soapy water or Vaseline (avoid using gasoline or lubricating oil, as it may damage the tire). 3. Place either side of the hub on the tire and step on this side (it's recommended to place another tire underneath). 4. Use professional tire levers or a screwdriver to help the hub enter the tire.
