The 8.5x2.0 inch solid tires we offer can replace the stock tires in sizes 8.5x2.0, 8.5x2.125, 9", 50/75-6.1, 8 1/2x2, 10x2.0, 10x2.125, and 10x2/54-152. These solid tires are compatible with a variety of electric scooter models, including Gotrax GXL V2/ Xr Elite/ APEX MAX / G3, Hiboy S2, Swagtron SG-5, isinwheel S9 Pro, VOLPAM SP06/ SPT7/ SP03, MOTORAUX Hurtle, iScooter i9/ i8, NAVIC T5/ T5 Pro, Wheelspeed Primer, Atomi E20/E30, Smart A6L, MAXSHOT V1, Aovopro es80, Hover-1 Journey, and Xiaomi m365.

To complete the job of fitting the solid tires, you will need the following tools: a new set of solid tires, an Allen wrench, a razor blade, a flat blade screwdriver, an 18mm wrench, lubricant, and silicone paste.

The process of fitting the solid tires involves several steps:

1. Apply a lubricant to the rim of the wheel to reduce the friction during the installation.
2. Soften the solid tire before fitting it by either boiling it in hot water (around 100°C) for 10 minutes or heating it in a microwave for 3 minutes, checking it every minute.
3. Once the tire is soft enough, remove it from the heat source and fit the rim into the tire. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
4. Fasten the nut and the other screws (while replacing the plastic cover) on both sides, reversing the initial process of removing the wheel. Don't forget to return the red labels.

Our 8.5x2.0 inch solid tires can also be used as a replacement for 10x2.0, 10x2.125, and 10x2/54-152 size original tires, such as those found in Ninebot F25/F30/F35/F40/F65/D18W/D28U, iScooter i9 plus, isinwheel S9 Max, TurboAnt X7 Pro/ X7 Max, and 5TH WHEEL V30PRO electric scooters. However, please note that the 8.5x2.0 inch tires will be slightly thinner than the standard 10-inch tires.

The solid 8.5x2.0 inch tires do not require inner tubes, so they do not need to be inflated or repaired. These solid tires are immune to blowouts and leaks caused by nails, broken glass, and other sharp objects. Solid tires are significantly more durable than their inflatable counterparts, with one solid tire lasting as long as 10 inflatable tires.

The tire's design features a porous honeycomb structure, which reduces the overall weight and conserves the scooter's energy. This structure also helps absorb shocks and cushion the ride on uneven surfaces. The durable rubber material can withstand thousands of miles of use.

Please note that the 8.5-inch measurement refers to the tire's size when mounted behind the wheel, not the actual tire diameter. The inside diameter of the solid tire will be smaller than the outside diameter of the hub, which prevents the tire from coming off the hub. This is a normal aspect of the design and does not indicate that you have received the wrong tire. Installing solid tires can be a challenging task, so be sure to soften the tires before attempting the installation.
